General

Do you offer Swedish massage?

Yes. Our Relax and Soothe session is a Swedish massage: lighter, flowing strokes over your whole body to help you unwind. See Relax and Soothe

Which session should I book?

You do not need to know. Tell us where it is tight and how long it has been bothering you, and we will point you to the session that fits. If you are torn between two, book 60 minutes of either and we can adjust in the room. Compare the four sessions

Do gift cards expire?

No. Our gift cards never expire. They come in any amount from $25 to $1000 and work for any session and any length. See gift cards

Is every session with Huan?

Yes. Huan Huynh is the licensed massage therapist for every session, from the first conversation to the last stroke.

Do you take insurance?

Not at this time, and we do not take HSA or FSA cards. Every session is the same flat rate: $100 for 60 minutes, $150 for 90 and $200 for 120.

Can my son or daughter get a massage?

Yes. For anyone under 18, both the parent and the young client give consent, and a parent or guardian stays in the room for the whole session. Comfort and safety matter at every age.

Can I bring my own product?

Yes. The ingredients of every product we use are listed, and the intake form asks about sensitivities and allergies. A quick word before your session is all it takes to adjust.

Can I still come in if I was recently sick?

If you still feel unwell, text us and we will find a better time. It protects you and the next client, and your session works best when your body is ready for it.

Do I have to undress?

Undress only as much as feels right for you. You stay draped with a sheet the whole session, with only the area being worked uncovered. For back and shoulder work, many women choose to remove their bra, because straps get in the way, but it is always your call.

Can I talk during my massage?

Entirely up to you. We ask at the start and follow your lead. Some clients like to chat the whole time, others drift into complete quiet.

Is it okay if I fall asleep, drool or snore?

It happens more often than you might think, and it is always welcome. Falling asleep is one of the clearest signs your body has let go.

What if I have a blemish or unshaved legs?

Not a concern at all. Unshaved skin and minor skin marks make no difference to your session. Everyone is welcome exactly as they are.

What will I feel during the massage?

Deeper work can feel intense in spots that have been tight for a long time. It should never feel like too much. If anything is uncomfortable, say the word and we change it right away, no questions asked.

What if I feel uncomfortable during the session?

Just say the word. Pressure, technique and position can all change at any time, and you never need to explain why.

Is it okay to book a male massage therapist?

It is a fair question, and many first-time clients ask it. We talk first about what you need, you undress only as much as feels right, you stay draped, and you can stop or change anything at any time. A friend is welcome to wait in the lobby. How a first visit works

Pricing and booking

How much is a massage?

Every session costs the same: $100 for 60 minutes, $150 for 90 and $200 for 120. No membership, and aromatherapy and a magnesium oil finish are complimentary when you book. See pricing

Can I book the same day?

Yes, same-day appointments are offered when there is an open time. Check the booking calendar, or text us and we will tell you what is free.

How early should I arrive?

Five to ten minutes early. That gives us time to talk about what you need, so the session is built around it.

What if I am running late?

Not a worry. An extra 15 minutes is built in after every session, so a few minutes behind will not cut your time on the table. A quick text helps. If you are very late, tell us anyway rather than cancelling. Forty minutes is better than none.

What if I need to cancel?

Your time is held just for you, so please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours have a 50% fee, and a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, or a missed appointment, is charged in full. Read the cancellation policy

How do I pay?

Cash, credit or debit, Venmo, Zelle or Cash App.

Should I tip?

A tip is never expected, but it is always received with gratitude. The best compliment is a client who leaves feeling better and comes back.

Aftercare

What should I do after my massage?

Drink plenty of water, give your body time to rest, and notice how it responds over the next day. Light stretching and gentle heat help.

Will I be sore afterward?

Some mild soreness is normal, especially after deeper work, much like after a workout. It usually fades within a day or so.

How often should I get a massage?

There is no single answer, and that is on purpose. Some clients come weekly, others book when their body asks for it. Both are fine, and we are glad to help you find a rhythm that works.
